Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and invoices are intact

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, our team will guide you through the next steps.

Replacement Policy

  • Approved replacements will be delivered within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected
  • In case the same product is unavailable, you may choose:
    • A replacement of equal value, or
    • A refund as per the refund policy

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are credited only if replacement is not possible
  • Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Refund credited time: 7–10 working days after approval

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products returned after the allowed time window

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
