Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and invoices are intact
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Replacement Policy
- Approved replacements will be delivered within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected
- In case the same product is unavailable, you may choose:
- A replacement of equal value, or
- A refund as per the refund policy
Refund Policy
- Refunds are credited only if replacement is not possible
- Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Refund credited time: 7–10 working days after approval
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Products returned after the allowed time window
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
